He an ego-driven film director whose schemes are built around films and filmmaking. He travels with a cadre of silent yet efficient penguin sidekicks. One interesting characteristic of him is that he often plays dumb, pretending that he is either reformed or not doing anything wrong, only to reveal his schemes when the heroes are out of his way. His name is a reference to famed conductor Arturo Toscanini, though the resemblance ends there.
