The Liquidator is one of five main villains from the television series Darkwing Duck
History[]
The Liquidator is a crooked dog salesman who was in the bottled water business, but was mutated into a water-based monstrosity after falling into a vat of a competitor's water (which he had laced with a corrosive chemical) during a battle with Darkwing and Launchpad. He thinks Darkwing pushed him in, when he actually fell out of fear. He can control water and can even change its form and consistency, such as when he turned all the water in St. Canard into a hard rubbery substance. He constantly talks in advertising-style lingo. Since he is made of water, he and Megavolt do not interact well. He can still move when he is frozen into ice, but he is slower. However, he can be immobilized if someone pours a bag of cement on him, which turns him into a concrete statue. Another one of his weaknesses is that he can be turned into pudding, as seen in the second part of the episode "Just Us Justice Ducks". He is a probable spoof of the Spider-Man villain Hydro-Man. He is also a recurring antagonist in the Darkwing Duck comic book series.
