"Not So Goofy" is the nineteenth episode of House of Mouse, it originally aired on ABC on November 10, 2001.
Synopsis[]
The episode begins with Mickey opening up the club as he witnesses Goofy attempting to serve the guests, but his clumsiness unfortunately gets the best of him. The rest of the staff meet offstage to decide what to do, but Goofy overhears and sadly walks away. Minnie comes up with a plan to have José tutor Goofy in the art of grace. While he and Minnie locate Goofy, Mickey puts on a cartoon.
José is seen teaching Goofy how to be a graceful, effective waiter. At first, José has difficulty, but with time, Goofy becomes a polite, effective waiter. He is seen serving the guests with relative ease without messing up. Mickey puts on another cartoon.
After a while, the staff decides they miss the old Goofy. Panchito offers to help Goofy remember who he really is, so Mickey allows the The Three Caballeros to perform a song about having pride in yourself. Unfortunately, it does not exactly work, so Mickey puts on another cartoon to help Goofy remember who he is.
It still does not work, so Mickey decides to take matter in his own hands. After thanking the Three Caballeros for their performance, Mickey onstage tells Goofy that they all miss the old Goofy, so he agrees to go back to he is.
