Bowser is a little puppy that is purchased by Goofy as a friend, but soon he grows into a troublesome (and expensive) pet. He has made only two animated appearances in 1952's Man's Best Friend and in 1953's Father's Weekend but didn't return, though it is possible that he passed away.
Bowser also appears in the 2001 video game Goofy's Fun House, where he makes appearances in the mini games.
